Experience the art of laughter for FREE at this masterclass in Laughter Yoga, led by Linda Birnie, Birchwood Highland's own certified laughter yoga leader and NLP master practitioner.
Laughter Yoga uses laughter and breathing exercises to encourage positive social connections within a group and support wellbeing. Hearty group laughter would be expected to promote the following benefits for our mind and body:

- Release 'feel-good' hormones
- Supported immune system
- An excellent cardio and mid-body workout
- Promotes circulation to the digestive and lymphatic systems
- Helps release emotions
