Why not join our enthusiastic and well motivated team and work in a friendly, supportive environment, in a challenging and rewarding role? We offer excellent training opportunities, regular supervision and annual appraisal. We work with service users on an individual basis using person centred planning to empower and enable individuals to set and work towards achieving their goals. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced disclosure check. Social inclusion is a crucial part of an individual's journey to recovery, and staff actively support and encourage service users to participate in activities in the surrounding area. Ideally applicants for the Staff Nurse post should be Mental Health Nurse trained, but RGNs with sufficient post qualification experience will be considered. Staff Nurse salary £18,620 - £21,090 pro rata with enhanced rate for night shift work. - Pay award pending Relief Staff Nurse £9.55 per hour.
