Help us celebrate our 30th year supporting the people of the Highlands by getting fit and active in March. We’re throwing down the gauntlet and asking you to run 30km throughout the month. You don’t have to do it all in one go – just take your time but finish the 30km by the end of March (we have another Run 30 in September if you’d rather wait – or you could do both!). All of the money you raise will go to supporting people across the Highlands who are experiencing mental ill health.
