Working with Birchwood Highland

We recognise that our staff are our greatest asset, and in order that we can provide the best possible service to our service users, we need to ensure a happy workforce who feel valued, able to offer ideas on how the company should develop, have the opportunity for all the training and development they need, and who really feel part of the company.

We are accredited as an Investors in People organisation, and have recently become the proud holders of the Healthy Working Lives Gold Award.

We are also an Approved Provider of befriending services, having been accredited by The Befriending Network Scotland. This is a quality standard developed by the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation.
